AF Premier – FAQ
What is AF Premier?
AF Premier is our exclusive membership that gives you access to premium perks at At Fault — including free non-peak court hours daily, unlimited open play, discounts on food, drinks, and merch, priority event access, and more.
How do I use my free court hours?
Simply book through the At Fault app or website during non-peak hours. Your free hours will automatically apply.
Free reservations only apply to non-peak bookings, so if you are booking a mix of peak and non-peak (ie 8-9pm is peak, 9-10pm is offpeak), structure them as two reservations to ensure your non-peak hour is free.
Can I bring guests?
Yes! Guests are welcome — standard ($5/hr) guest fees apply to non-premier players joining your reservation on any free court booking.
What’s the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made within 12 hours of your court reservation will incur a $10 cancellation fee for court bookings and clinics. This helps us keep courts and clinics available for all members.
Do senior members get the same guest benefits?
Yes! Senior AF Premier members ($79) get all the same benefits.
How do I upgrade or cancel my membership?
You can manage your membership anytime through the At Fault app. Need help? Just shoot us a message (memberships@at-fault.com) or stop by the pickleball desk.
Can I book peak hours?
Yes — AF Premier members get 20% off peak hour bookings with no guest fees up to 4 players total. Any player over 4 subject to standard ($5/hr) guest fee.
Is there a maximum to number of reservations I can hold at one time?
Yes, the maximum is 2 court bookings and 2 clinics at one time. This is to ensure other members have a chance to get courts and join clinics!
Can I refer my friends?
Please do! Any friends referred gets you a $50 gift card. Just email memberships@at-fault.com with the referral details.
