With 5 climate-controlled indoor courts and 4 social outdoor courts in Farmers Branch, we're one of the largest non-membership facility in North Texas. Whether you're a beginner picking up a paddle for the first time or a 4.5 player looking for competitive matches, you'll find your game here.
Located at the intersection of I-635 and I-35 (5 minutes from Galleria Dallas, near Brookhaven College), we're easily accessible from anywhere in the Metroplex. Unlike other facilities, you don't need a membership – just show up and play!

Instant Replays: Relive every incredible rally with our unique replay system. Each indoor pickleball court features a big screen that captures and displays the last 30 seconds of action, letting players and spectators celebrate the moment together.
Plus, the replays are instantly sent to your At Fault app so you can share your highlights with friends or analyze your game anytime.
Pickleball FAQ:
I've never played pickleball before. Is that OK?
Absolutely! We welcome all skill levels. Join our beginner clinics Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 4pm. Paddle rentals available for $5/hour if you don't have your own.
What does it cost to play?
Weekday Special (11am-4pm): $12 for 3 hours of open play
Court Rentals: Indoor $25-40/hour | Outdoor $20-30/hour*
Drop-in Open Play: Check our booking platform for times and pricing
AF Premier members get 2 hours FREE daily during off-peak!
*court pricing is based on four guests. Additional guests are $5/hr/guest. You can confirm the amount of guests when booking the court. Otherwise our staff will charge guests fees onsite.
Do I have to be a member to play?
No membership required! Just show up and play. However, our AF Premier membership ($99/month) includes amazing perks like free daily court time and all-day happy hour. Learn more about membership →
Do you have food and drinks?
Yes! We're THE premier pickleball facility in Dallas with a full restaurant and two bars. Order courtside or dine in. Happy hour 4-7pm weekdays & 9pm-close daily.
How do I book a court?
Download the At Fault app (iOS) or visit atfault.podplay.app. You can book courts, join open play, and sign up for programs all in one place.
Do you have space for our group to hang out between games?
Yes! We have comfortable lounge spaces right next to the courts - perfect for groups to relax, eat, and socialize while staying close to the action. Almost no other facility offers this!
What are your hours?
Courts: Mon-Thu 8am-10pm | Fri-Sat 8am-11pm | Sun 8am-10pm
Kitchen: Mon-Thu 11am-10pm | Fri-Sun 11am-11pm
When are peak times?
Peak: Weekdays 5-9pm, Fri 5-11pm, Sat 9am-10pm, Sun 9am-6pm
Off-Peak: All other times (with discounted rates!)
How often do you have open play?
Multiple times per week! Check our app for the current schedule. Open play is perfect for meeting new players and getting games in without booking a court.
Do you rent equipment?
Paddles: $5/hour (JOOLA Seneca paddles, ID required)
Balls: $3 each

What's the instant replay feature?
Every indoor court has cameras that capture the last 30 seconds of play on big screens. Replays are sent to your phone through our app! Non-members get 5 free replays, members get unlimited.
Do you have programs for seniors?
Yes! Seniors 55+ get special membership pricing: AF Premier for just $79/month (20% off). We have beginner-friendly clinics and a welcoming 55+ community!
Do you host tournaments and leagues?
Yes! Tournaments monthly, leagues starting this fall. Email pickleball@at-fault.com to get on the list.
Can I book multiple courts?
One court per account at a time. For multiple courts or events, email events@at-fault.com for group packages.
Can I host a corporate event or party?
Absolutely! We offer corporate wellness packages and private events. Perfect for team building. Contact events@at-fault.com or call (214) 716-2889.
What's your cancellation policy?
Non-members: Cancel 24+ hours ahead to avoid charges
AF Premier members: Cancel 12+ hours ahead (only $10 late fee)
What skill levels play here?
Everyone from complete beginners to 5.0 tournament players! We have designated times and programs for all levels.
Is the facility climate controlled?
Yes! All 5 indoor courts are fully climate-controlled for year-round comfort. We also have 4 outdoor courts for those who prefer fresh air.
